- How do I return an item?
- If you need to return an item please ensure it is in the packaging you received it in and return to the following address:

- If you require a refund you must do so within 30 days. Please be advised that we do not refund if you have changed your mind about your purchase. We will refund if your item is faulty or is not what the description said it would be. All items being returned for refund are done so at your own costs for shipping.

- What do I do if I receive the wrong item?
- If you receive the wrong item we are very sorry, please contact us immediately at email@example.com let us know where we went wrong and we will arrange to have the correct item sent to you at no cost to you and arrange for the wrong item to be shipped to us at no cost to you again.

- How long does it take to receive my order?

- I ordered more than one (1) item but have only received some of my order. Where is the rest?
- As we use more than one supplier to get you the best quality, your order may be coming from different warehouses. Don’t worry the rest will arrive soon.
